Tak samo jak ty nie zast\u0105pisz szpitala, tak samo psycholog_o\u017cka lub psychiatra_rka nie zast\u0105pi\u0105 rodzinnego ciep\u0142a czy obecno\u015bci bliskiej, \u017cyczliwej osoby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podstawowa pomoc nie wymaga specjalistycznej wiedzy ani uko\u0144czenia studi\u00f3w w tym kierunku. Czasami mo\u017ce pojawi\u0107 si\u0119 my\u015bl, \u017ce skoro nasze dzia\u0142ania nie przynosz\u0105 natychmiastowego efektu lub nie wiemy, jak post\u0119powa\u0107, to lepiej si\u0119 wycofa\u0107, by przypadkiem nie zaszkodzi\u0107.
