\ud83c\udf6a\ud83e\udd50 Cookie Croissant aka CROOKIE recipe is finally here\ud83c\udf1f\ud83e\udd79 I\u2019ve been obsessed since having them in Paris, so I had to try them at home and share with you the recipe \ud83d\udc98\ud83d\udc8c 2 bags of Casino frozen croissants @Alphamega Hypermarkets 2 1\/4 all purpose flour (270gr) 3\/4 tsp baking soda 3\/4 tsp salt 1 cup softened unsalted butter (226gr) 3\/4 cup granulated sugar (165gr) 3\/4 cup light brown sugar (165gr) 1 large egg 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 1\/2 cup chocolate chips Mix all wet ingredients to a bowl, whisk very well. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hr at least. Bake the frozen croissants according to packages\u2019 instructions. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients and whisk well. Slowly incorporate the dry mixture to the wet mixture, while whisking all together. Then add the chocolate chips. Cut open the croissants and add two scoops of cookie dough pressing it well to cover the whole cookie base. Then add one scope of the cookie dough on top of the croissant as illustrated. Add extra chocolate chips or salt flakes on top – if desired. Then bake at 190 Celsius for 10-12 minutes. \u26a0\ufe0f Very crucial to not over-bake your crookies.
